Agreement to These Terms

By making a booking with Sky Horse Farm Hurghada, you confirm that you have read, understood and agreed to these Terms & Conditions.

These terms apply to bookings made through our website, by email, by WhatsApp or through another booking channel where Sky Horse Farm Hurghada provides the experience.

Bookings

A booking request is subject to availability and confirmation by Sky Horse Farm Hurghada.

When making a booking, you are responsible for providing accurate information, including:

• Your name and contact details
• The selected experience
• Preferred date and time
• Number of guests
• Pickup information where applicable

Please check your booking confirmation carefully and contact us as soon as possible if any information is incorrect.

Payment

Payment methods available for a booking are shown during the booking process or communicated directly by Sky Horse Farm Hurghada.

Depending on the available payment option, payment may be made online through a third-party payment provider such as Stripe or PayPal, or by an agreed payment method on arrival.

Where an online payment is used, the payment may be processed directly by the relevant payment provider.

Tour Details

Tour duration, route, meeting point, included services and other details may vary depending on the experience booked.

Our horse riding and camel experiences are generally designed as guided experiences. Current tour pages describe several experiences as approximately two hours in duration.

Please always follow the specific information provided with your booking confirmation.

Arrival & Hotel Pickup

Guests are responsible for being ready at the agreed pickup location or meeting point at the agreed time.

Hotel pickup may be available depending on the booking and location. Any applicable pickup arrangements or charges will be communicated during the booking process or in the booking confirmation.

Delays caused by the guest may reduce the available tour time and may affect the ability to provide the complete experience.

Safety

Horse riding and camel riding are outdoor activities involving animals and natural environments. As with any riding activity, participation involves inherent risks.

Guests must follow all instructions given by our guides and staff.

• Follow the guide’s instructions at all times
• Use the required safety equipment correctly
• Do not deliberately provoke or frighten an animal
• Do not leave the group without permission
• Inform our staff if you feel uncomfortable or unsafe
• Do not attempt activities outside the agreed tour

Horse Welfare

The welfare of our horses is a fundamental priority at Sky Horse Farm Hurghada.

Our horses may be rested or a planned activity may be changed, shortened, postponed or stopped when we consider this necessary for the animal’s well-being.

Guests must treat all animals respectfully and follow the instructions of our guides and staff.

We reserve the right to refuse or stop an activity if continuing would compromise the welfare of an animal or the safety of a guest.

Weather & Operating Conditions

Horse riding and outdoor activities depend on weather and environmental conditions.

Sky Horse Farm Hurghada may modify, postpone or cancel an activity when weather, heat, visibility, sea conditions, animal welfare or other operational circumstances make the planned activity unsuitable or unsafe.

Where possible, we will communicate relevant changes to the guest using the contact details provided with the booking.

Health & Physical Fitness

Guests are responsible for determining whether they are physically able to participate in the booked activity.

Please inform our staff before the activity if you have a condition, injury or other circumstance that may affect your ability to participate safely.

Guests should not participate while under the influence of alcohol, recreational drugs or any substance that may impair judgment, coordination or reaction time.

Children & Families

Children may participate in suitable experiences where permitted by Sky Horse Farm Hurghada.

Parents or legal guardians are responsible for supervising children and following the instructions provided by our staff.

The suitability of an activity may depend on the child’s age, size, experience and the specific activity selected.

Guest Conduct

Guests are expected to behave respectfully towards our staff, other guests, animals and property.

We may refuse participation or end an activity if a guest behaves in a dangerous, abusive, aggressive or inappropriate manner.

No refund or alternative arrangement is guaranteed where an activity is ended because of a guest’s conduct.

Photos & Media

Photography may be taken during some of our experiences for personal memories and, where applicable, promotional purposes.

If we intend to use identifiable images of a guest for promotional purposes, we will seek appropriate permission where required.

Guests are welcome to take personal photographs during the experience when this can be done safely and without disturbing the animals or other guests.

Cancellation & Changes

If you need to change or cancel a booking, please contact us as soon as possible using the contact details provided with your booking.

Any cancellation fees, refund conditions or booking-specific cancellation terms applicable to your reservation will be communicated during the booking process or in your booking confirmation.

If we need to change or cancel an experience because of weather, safety, animal welfare or other circumstances outside our reasonable control, we will contact the guest and discuss the available options for the affected booking.

Liability

Participation in horse riding, camel riding and other outdoor activities involves inherent risks, including risks associated with animals, uneven terrain, weather and other environmental conditions.

Guests participate voluntarily and are expected to follow all safety instructions provided by Sky Horse Farm Hurghada.

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions is intended to exclude or limit liability where doing so would be prohibited by applicable law.

Where permitted by applicable law, Sky Horse Farm Hurghada is not responsible for loss, damage or injury resulting from a guest’s failure to follow safety instructions or from circumstances outside our reasonable control.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time to reflect changes to our services, booking process or legal requirements.
