Free Cancellation
Guests may cancel their booking free of charge up to 24 hours before the scheduled tour.
Late Cancellations
Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled experience may not be eligible for a refund.
No-Show Policy
Guests who do not arrive for their booked experience without prior notice will not be eligible for a refund.
Weather Conditions
Your safety is our priority.
If Sky Horse Farm cancels a tour due to unsafe weather or other circumstances beyond our control, guests may choose between:
- A full refund
- Rescheduling the experience to another available date
- A voucher for a future booking (if preferred)
Changes to Bookings
If you need to change the date or time of your booking, please contact us as early as possible. We will do our best to accommodate your request, subject to availability.
